They don't care about people at all. Will shut your power off in November when its 20 degrees outside to make you pay and then charge you an extreme fee to come and turn it back on, on top of your bill. Pay us or freeze your house. Not to mention if you fart your power will go out. Horrible company... wish I had a choice... Zero stars if I could.
