I would HIGHLY reccommend you do not have dealings with this company. I have never received such poor service and product. I placed an order in the May and understood that there could have been delays with shipping - I accepted that when I paid in full on the day of the purchase. However - I was advised that I would eventually receive my vanity in the August - it never actually arrived till the October and then when it did arrive it arrived with scratches on the marble and a splashback that was too short for the length of the unit. I requested a replacement which then arrived in December - BROKEN! I then requested another splashback after providing accurate measurements for them to fulfill the original order from MAY remember... which did eventually arrive in the February only to see that it was made too long! I had to pay for it to be cut and they would reimburse me - which they did but not for the full cost. It was suggested that I package it up and send it back to AKL but if it broke that would be my loss. Totally unacceptable and poor poor customer service. All up - I had to wait 10 months for a complete vanity. Spend your money elsewhere.
