Dealt with a salesman named Richard. Very funny gentlemen who got me a great price on a 2014 Passat. I did not feel any pressure to buy and they gave me a solid offer that I ultimately had to accept because I found it better than the other offers at SD VW dealerships. Great experience and I hope to come back again!
