Pretty sure the one star reviewers on here won't succeed in life. I became a top 5 producer my first full month as an agent with TLG. Never had this much success, opportunity, or support thrown at me in any previous job or business I've ran combined (Been literally flow around the world promoting other companies products and programs). LOVE my upline. If I had a gun to my head saying I had to quit or die it would be a hard decision because I love working with my upline and this growth mindset group. If you aren't a positive person we aren't your company. Happy to make room for the unentitled. My manager spent over an hour on the phone with me per day my first few months helping me succeed and be on the top producers list in a company with hundreds of agents. You can't get that anywhere else. There are challenging days but then there are days where I make friends with the clients I meet. AND most importantly... we have amazing specially designed/negotiated products for our clients. I sat with a client who had literally been diagnosed with cancer the day before and I was able to get him insurance. Love!
