After huracan Irma,I call KUA to inform the my main line is on the floor.They took my information, the laddylady was like, Yes that's very dangerous, 3 day later still no power,I come from work on the 3day all my neighbor have there lights back on ..Guees who got missed and the worst there's no record of me calling. Worst costumer service...
