Ordered a chair online for next day delivery in Ap...

Ordered a chair online for next day delivery in April. Cancelled the order within 12 hours by phone before the order was dispatched. Was told refund would be 5-7 days.

Received email 3 days later to say delivery is delayed. Called up and order hadn't been cancelled, so cancelled order again and asked for email confirmation. Was told refund would be 5-7 days.

Been waiting over 40 days for the refund despite being repeatedly told it's been upgraded to urgent and I'll be refunded 'soon'.



UPDATE June 19th
I contacted my credit card company and they chased the payment. I've now had the refund from Furniture@Work and my credit card company have refunded the interest accrued :)
