My tech did his best to fix a bad situation. He was truly courteous and understanding of my situation. I also wanna send a shout out to his supervisors and those that make the financial decisions for John Moore I say thank you for attempting to work with me on a very complicated situation on a home that I am attempting to sell. This technician would be called again in a moments notice if needed. I would hope that he is the one that leads the repairs on the home ,thank you for sending him to me.
