Needed a part for my Echo trimmer. Found it on amazon as a prime item and ordered it Monday for Wednesday delivery. It hadn't arrived by Friday so I looked it up and it hadn't even shipped. I contacted the seller and they told me to contact amazon support. I told them that was a cop-out and canceled the order on Monday. Ordered the same part from Jack's that afternoon and was very pleasantly surprised to find it in my mailbox on Thursday. And the price with shipping was actually less than I had paid on amazon. Thanks Jack's!!!!
