I scheduled an appointment for 10am
For an oil change, tank of gas and full detal. I got my vehicle back 7 hours later.
The windows and visor mirrors were not even cleaned. Although the rest of the vehicle looked good.
I did have a small crack in my windshield on the passenger side,
when I got my vehicle back the crack on the passenger side had trippled in size and
on the driver side, there was a 12 to 14" crack that was not there when I took my vehicle in for service.
My service advisor ask if I had insurance for my windshield? and said that they could replace it for me. No explanation how that big crack on the driver side happened ?
I felt like a second rate customer, seems after you purchase your vehicle there your not as important as some one who is purchasing a vehicle at the present time!
