It is a shame that the place has horrible reviews....

It is a shame that the place has horrible reviews. I have recently met one Patient Advocate whom was so helpful and professional. I also met a rude and crass person whom was lousy over the phone. She axtually slammed the phone on me twice! Then I met a nice person with horrible phone etiquette but really willing to provide help. I would like to challenge the Administration to give your employees a Customer Service training. Give support to the good employees and get rid of the rest. My dad was a Dr and knew many at Wyckoff. The decline in service and overall patient experience is a shame for the hospital and community. I am a Customer Service expert. It can be effortless if you suport your team with education and incentive.
