Almost a couple of hundred dollars worth of parts ...

Almost a couple of hundred dollars worth of parts never arrived. FedEx has no delivery receipt. They said even they can't contact Rock Auto. Rock Auto has no customer service phone numbers and their emails are all auto-redirected to a helpless loop. I'll just chalk it up to education and take my loss but I will not use Rock Auto again nor would I ever recommend it. I'm posting my complaint in several auto supply stores that have real human interaction.
