The customer service rep acted like a debt collect...

The customer service rep acted like a debt collector and was more interested in why my payment was 9 days late ( but within the grace period) than helping me log in to my account. This was after she was informed I had a problem logging on the account last week . I was on hold for 20 min. just to receive this extremely poor service.
