First, I d like to apologize. It s been months since I purchased my home from Cava. Could not be happier. The delay did allow me to see how they responded to a couple of problems that came up, as they do, and test it out a while.

The quality of the renovation is impeccable, I lived nearby and watched it get done. They took their time and did everything right. The scope of work and degree of aesthetic change is equally impressive. I looked at over 30 houses in the Fan, lived in RVA for 15+ years, and have never seen better work.

The few problems that I encountered; a leaky toilet, a cracked window and an unfortunately placed drainage pan for the washer were dealt with the same way. Instantly and above and beyond any reasonable expectation. The HVAC bills have been reasonable and there was no water in the basement even after that 18 of rain in 18 days. The house is quiet and comfortable, even being on a corner.

From each appliance, to every concern, to all the things great and small: attention is being paid. So impressed that I m almost sorry I won t have to move again anytime soon. Thanks especially to Nate who knew everything that had been done and was determined to make sure I was happy. I am, thank you all.
