I am writing on behalf of my fiancee as he is busy busting his back at work filling up with anger, who was recently hired to work at a major manufacturing company based where we live in upstate NY. Which I am perplexed as to how a staffing agency based out of New Jersey can hire workers in a different state. Never have I ever heard of this company,nevertheless my fiancee went with them because after applying directly to this manufacturer he was not given the job. The following week he was contacted through Indeed by a recruiter from this agency. As of today 3 people hired by the agency quit, the lack of communication between agency and the treatment of temporary laborers from the manufacturer has been horrible, unprofessional, and demeaning. No one.knows how they will get paid and no one has answers for them. They did contact my fiancee for his banking information however, but today when people are trying to reach them no one is available to answer the phones.
