The entire building experience was amazing for us, starting with the process with Charlie and Sean designing our new dream home. Mark and Kristi were exceptional in handling and helping with the design choices. Mark went above and beyond with his personal attention to all of our needs throughout the design process. Chris was exceptional in his reliability, attention to detail and follow through during the construction process from start to finish. In fact we feel we have a newly adopted son with Chris after all the time he has spent with us going above and beyond our expectations.
The Icon team was always there when needed and would answer any questions and take care of any concerns promptly.
We would highly recommend Icon Building Group to anyone wanting to build a high quality home. The whole organization from top to bottom is outstanding and we could not be happier with the end result.
