Last night ate at the sports bar, had the monthly special, ribs mashed patatos,corn, cornbread. When we finally got our food we received ribs corn, hard biscuit, baked patato,waiter never came back to see if we needed anything like butter, sour cream for the baked potato we didn't order. Never informed they were substituting the cornbread and mashed potato. If we would of been told we would have gone to the restaurant so we could get the food we wanted. Have eaten at jackpot many times, food has always been good until last night, waiter needs training on how to do his job . Terrible experience. Probably will never attempt to eat at the sports bar again ..while we were waiting the lady at the next table asked us if they waited on you or did she have to go to the bar. She finally got up and left after no one waited on her . Come on jackpot you can do better than this
