Freedom. Best word I can come up with to describe what moving our IT and Network needs from in-house to outsourced managed. Their "IT in a Box" method is seamless, efficient, low cost and with such a small footprint. They have rolled all our server, network and network security and systems maintenance and backup into one easy, affordable monthly fee. Being IT savvy, we either did most of it ourselves or hired the normal IT company who charged by the hour, only to have them stare at a screen, no unlike what we were doing to figure out problems. They set us free from that nightmare and high cost and frustration so we have complete peace of mind that all systems will work as needed, all systems are backed up as needed, help is there when needed and upgrades and growth are ready whenever we are.
