This company is impossible to work with. Any HOA that uses Vanguard is no longer an association of home owners. Instead they are a group of home owners that are controlled and victimized by a mindless group of idiots that seek to make life hell for us.
If you are looking to buy a home, make sure that it is not in an HOA that is managed by Vanguard Management Group. You will become very bitter if you have to deal with this company.
