Was really disappointed with my service. I called Thursday about reselling a car back to them from 2015. I had my car serviced there since I bought it except one time, where I went to a closer location to my work. I was asked for the VIN number to pull up an estimate, and to go in on Saturday morning between 9-10. I never received the estimate, and then when I went in, I had to wait around for 40 minutes, And when we reminded the receptionist, she literally said oh I m sorry I forgot about you. And then at the end, we were only to be given someone who was poorly trained because he only pulled the quote from autonation.

When I followed up with The sales person I spoke with on the phone that had an apt with me, he told me that there was a training that required them to get estimates from KBB, autonation, Edmonds etc. I never gave him any issues about the fact he wasn t there nor prepared.

He continued to ask me if I was happy with the quote, and when I said no and why, he asked me if I wanted to still move forward with the sale - by which time I had already informed him I already left because he wasn t there and we didn t receive a good quote. No effort in resolution at all. And when I explained that I wasn t very confident with the quote and only would consider if they did a through review and gave me an updated quote again, he replied semi-scaring me that it will only get harder as I drive the car.
