I recently used this company's services to address some issues with my car. The website was easy to navigate and find the necessary information. However, I found the communication from the company to be somewhat lacking. It took longer than expected to receive updates on the progress of the work being done, and I had to reach out multiple times for updates. While the quality of the work was acceptable, the lack of communication was disappointing. Overall, the experience was average, and I hope the company improves their communication with customers in the future. 🚗
