Thank you to the Horizon staff, especially Lucy R. for taking care of my 84 yr old father for over a year. He was a double leg amputee (diabetes) and couldn t have lasted as long as he did without their help. He enjoyed socializing with the staff and other patients and taking in the sun at the outdoor patio. Unfortunately Covid hit the facility and him, but he survived remarkably well. My father passed last month (not Covid related) but Lucy made sure he had his phone with him at the hospital so I could face time with him since the hospital would not allow visitors due to Covid, plus I live out of state. My last face time with him the night before he passed with be treasured.
