I recently engaged with this company for their trust and administration services, and my experience was fairly average. While the staff was polite and professional, I found the communication to be somewhat lacking at times, and there were delays in getting certain tasks completed. The overall service was satisfactory, but I expected a bit more efficiency and responsiveness given the nature of their business. In terms of the paperwork and processes involved, they were thorough and accurate, which was reassuring. However, the pricing felt a bit on the higher side compared to similar services offered by other firms. Overall, it was an average experience with some room for improvement in terms of communication and value for the cost.
