I recently moved to Las Vegas to start up another one of my businesses which is already established in the Silicon Valley and was looking for a printer who could assist me in all my needs from printing to mailing services. When I called, the receptionist was very pleasant and connected me to a sales person to answer my questions. A couple of days later I called back and asked if it was o.k. for me to stop by and see the facility and the receptionist, Traci invited me to come down and take a tour. In trying to locate the facility I got lost and called back where Traci was very helpful in providing me step by step directions. Once I arrived at the plant, the receptionist greeted me by name, which I was highly impressed by and then proceeded to offer me a cold bottled water. She was able to connect me with the sales rep, Dean who I originally spoke with on the phone. Dean provided me an extensive tour which was highly impressive. It is refreshing to deal with a company who is friendly, willing to go the extra mile when doing business especially for someone who is new to the area. I look forward to doing business with Las Vegas Color Graphics. Also a BIG kudo to Traci and Dean for all of their help.
