Terrible experience with this online merchant.

I ordered some items on their website. The items arrived without any type of foam/padding/bubble wrap. Two of plastic items were cracked. I had to call them and request the replacement.

A few days the replacement was sent out and yet again they skipped # suite number on my address so the replacement package was delivered to god-knows-who.

I had to call them again and request the replacement.
