This place is just sad. I couldn't bear the smell ...

This place is just sad. I couldn't bear the smell of the place for over 5 minutes and the animals didn't seem to have enough space. Most of the dogs were adorable and seemed happy to see people, but did not seem to have proper conditions. I have seen other non-kill shelters that have far better conditions than this.
