I went to Luke after my MRI said that I had severe degenerative back disease (herniation and stenosis.) I started my recovery by going to Mobility. Luke knows how the body works and what is needed to gain, maintain or regain a full level of regular or athletic activity. I'm playing tennis and golf again, I can stand and walk normally which I couldn't do before, and I have a full range of exercises I can do on my own. I still go to Mobility monthly and it has become an integral part of my health regimen. Without Mobility I would have made a serious mistake and started with surgery.
