Unfortunatelyt, there are only 5 stars to rate the West Bend Mutual Ins. Co. because they deserve 10 stars. - During the last 6 years I had 3 claims regarding my car. They first one resulted in a damaged windshield by a flying stone, when I was driving with my 6 weeks old car on the express way. - The second incident happened, when somebody in a parking lot backed up into the passenger side of my car without checking first. - The third mishap happened 2 weeks ago, when my car was vandalized in the parking lot of a store in West Bend between 2-3:30 PM afternoon. The right passenger side was scratched up from the front all the way to the back, ditto the back of my car. On top of the roof was a rock left behind and when I lifted it up, I discovered 3 dents in front, 2 dents further back and scratches. My car will be taken care off in a bodyshop at the moment and I immediately received a check beforehand for the assessed body work.The insurance representatives could not have been more helpful to accommodate me and I appreciate the West Bend Insurance more then I can explain in words.
