My parents had paid Doug Ghee for several years to have appropriate legal guidance. When they were in their eighties, he drew up various papers erroneously and made them pay double for the corrected papers. Ghee had written their wills that according Alice K. Martin they were erroneous. She completely disregarded their wishes to make money for Ghee, George Monk, Wes Frye, Drew Sentar, a local insurance company, John Roussell, herself and many others. I paid him over $2500 in advance of the probate hearing. As she trashed my parents' wills, Ghee did nothing to defend them. After the hearing, he said we would move it to another judge. He then told me I would have to pay him $600 more for that. He had to file the transfer papers within ten days. I sent him e-mails to not let that deadline be missed since he seemed so disorganized. Finally, on the tenth day I talked with him about the deadline. He point blank told me he didn't want to go against Martin because she would hold it against him in his future cases. I told him that I needed my money refunded so I could get another lawyer. As of today, over five years have passed and he has not given the money back to me and the case has not been settled.
