I rang up the other night, and as soon as I mentioned card payments, the man who answered the phone tutted at me and shouted the card machine isn t working, ring back in 20 minutes! and slammed the phone down! As usual, he sounded irritated and and needless to say I never rang back!
This isn t the first time I have had to deal with this unprofessional individual. It is such a shame because the food is lovely, but I know at least 3 other people who have stopped using dine @ home for this reason. My elderly 86 year old mother was once left visibly shaken after he shouted down the phone at her because she wasn t speaking fast enough. What a disgrace of a human being!
