Doug Strow what is my service representative when I brought in my 2014 Dodge ram 4500. I was under very strict time constraints and told him that I needed my truck back within four hours of dropping it off for an oil change fuel filter change basically routine maintenance. Not only did he have my vehicle serviced within the four hour time. It was finished early.
