Dez is the man! He works in the shop, but stepped out to help me fit some snowboard boots. I've made the mistake of not trying boots on, reading reviews and ordering online because I hate shopping. He convinced me to try a bunch on, schooled me on the new technology and was professional. I appreciated the knowledge coming from a young dude who certainly rides harder then me and puts the products I was looking at to the test.
