I'll report what happened to me: I was a long time ago for an out-of-print CD and there was a unit in the store's system, only they couldn't find it, I was kind of lost. Two attendants from the sector went to great lengths to find the CD, but without success. One of them did not conform and kept trying without my knowing it. We had already given up and we were at the checkout paying when he appears, for my happiness, with the CD in his hands. :))
Nowadays, it is difficult to see such attentive and polite employees. Congratulations to Fnac for hiring people like that.
