Good afternoon, I wanted to inform you that I was disappointed at the service my friends and I received yesterday on March 20, 2015. I was there with three other people at around 4:30 pm until 7:30 pm. We sat at the bar and ordered numerous drinks and food. The level of disappointment did not only affect our group. Where we were seating at we were underneath the vent system were it was blowing cold air. The air was blowing so hard that the napkins were being blown away and a bartender had to put an empty shot glass on top of the napkins to prevent them from blowing away. We asked at least four different people to lower the ac because it was very cold, it felt like we were outside without a shirt on. We all had sweaters on and it didn't matter. Every bartender we asked to lower the ac they gave us a phony not to do it. The worst one was a girl stated we should do jumping jacks to stay warm. All the workers stated they were warm and we said because you are moving around staying busy while we are seating here either watching the game or talking among ourselves. We had people next to us complain as well but nothing happened. I am not sure if this is the proper way to run a business but if a customer politely ask you to lower the ac the least you can do is try to lower it but instead the workers came off as rude. I feel next time I am down in the Arena District I will avoid going there because of this experience.
