Used their photo scan service for the first time and am VERY impressed. I have about 150 OLD, historical photos that I'd wanted to have scanned, but had been afraid to send them off (loss, damage, etc.). Took the plunge with Southtree and never looked back. Never had to. Every time I even THOUGHT about contacting them for an update, one would magically appear in my e-mail inbox. :) They kept me informed every step of the way. All of my pics, plus the CD, arrived in the same condition they left. Highly recommend Southtree.
