I was so impressed with the response time in which everything was installed only to find out that my 2nd hand router that was delivered was actually broken. After spending over an hour on the phone with a consultant the call dropped just before 2 and when calling back, technical was closed for the rest of the day. I called back on Monday, you confirmed it was a problem with the router and that I would have one by this morning, the 20th of November. I have just called your offices as I have not received anything from your side and I was advised that it will now only be delivered tomorrow. I am being billed from last week however I cannot use the services and I keep receiving commitment that have yet to materialize. Very disappointing.
