I contacted Midstate Financial Services (Stuart) to discuss the purchase of an investment property and what my options would be. The honest advise and various loan options (with costing figures) provided by Stuart ensured a best fit for my circumstances and needs. When the loan type and provider was decided, Stuart arrange all the necessary approval paperwork and forms (with easy to understand step by step instructions).
