I brought the car (VW) for a breakdown. In acceptance, I am informed that there is no replacement car in case of prolonged maintenance but that it is only possible to rent another one while waiting. I therefore contact the VW Service and they guarantee that in case of maintenance, the replacement car is provided and that if the dealer does not have it, he must provide it for the customer.
