Lovely hotel, staffs are all very friendly and well trained.
Located at batu ferringhi area, accessible by taxi, grab, or self driving. Parking is free and there are guards on duty all the time.

Food served in restaurant is awesome, quite some choices for buffet.

Hotel room looks clean except my room has some ants and cleaner use broom to sweep on carpeted floor (a little dusty in the room). The rest of the amenities in the hotel like pool, kids area, and tennis court are in fairly good condition.
