Everyone, please do beware when you sign up with True Yoga at Pacific Plaza. Despite the negative publicity (news articles you find online) and unsatisfactory reviews left by True Yoga customers, I decided to give True Yoga a chance. I signed up with a True Yoga representative (Helen) in late 2018 when she introduced me to an attractive package for BOHY90. However, Helen left the company not long after; and True Yoga decided not to honor her words. Unfortunately, I was not the only victim to this incident. Marc Koh (GM of Sales) told me that another of Helen s customer reported the same case. Even after all these incidents that happened, True Yoga refused to take any responsibility. Instead, the company laid the blame on us customers for trusting their sales representatives. With that said, I truly enjoyed the BOHY90 classes offered by True Yoga. It is extremely unfortunate that the management team is very unprofessional and shady. Make sure you get everything in black and white, but even if you do, they might still retract their words. Be warned.
