Buyers beware! Purchased a certified used Ford Explorer with seemingly no issues, low and behold just a month later the entire car started falling apart. The technicians failed to properly fix the vehicle multiple times, forcing us to drive the 4 hr round trip to pick up a fixed car. Now this time, less than 9 months later the car is acting up again, and we come to find out that there are junkyard parts on my certified vehicle! This vehicle is a complete lemon, the dealership is a fraud and refuses to fix anything. Our extended service plan allows us a rental but lo and behold they won t give us a vehicle because we are out of state, which would have been nice to know before we purchased the service plan and wasted that money as well which was a scam. The staff has a high turnover so the minute you get anywhere with one person, they are gone the next day. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
