They traded my car in without my signature. My husband and I were both on the lease. My husband traded in my vehicle without my signature and the GM says that they do not need my signature. I ve requested paperwork for the trade from Travis the GM himself and he only provided me with a quote of the possible trade. They refuse to give me information, avoid my calls, and deny any wrong doing. They do however, continue to contact my husband regularly (three times this week alone) to offer to sell him another car.

Update:
This was obviously an auto generated response. The GM Travis himself told me that he did not need my signature or a brown power of attorney signed by me for my husband to trade the vehicle in because it was a lease. So, according to the Audi Plano Gm, the laws are different with a lease because they don t own the car and auto nation does. In case you were wondering auto nation is their finance company. He actually told me that he doesn t have time to review everything and answer all emails and he was busy on vacation in Padre with his family over the weekend. I asked Him if it would bother him if his wife traded in a vehicle without his signature or knowledge and lease another in her name only and his response was with laughter, No, I trust My wife. Travis is clearly unqualified for a position of General manager self admitting that he can not handle the emails and major discrepancies that come across his desk including the lack of professionalism as well.
