I recently had a problem with my Neat scanner. I contacted Neat Support, and was fortunate enough to draw Dolly as my Tech Specialist. She doggedly resourced my problem. She worked it overnight and got back to me the next day with a solution. Dolly was extremely patient and confident that the situation was manageable. I felt that I was in competent hands the entire time. Mine was a completely satisfying customer experience.
