I have been renting a townhome from Triliji for almost a year now and I've had a very good experience. They reply to maintenance requests very quickly although luckily I haven't had to submit many because their property is well maintained. When the AC stopped working one hot day they sent someone out and had it repaired within a few hours.Their office staff is very pleasant and helpful. As long as you are a good tenant, pay your rent and don't be disruptive then you will enjoy this property management company.
