Review of Montage Mountain Ski Resort

I was here during the 2019-2020 season for snow-tubing and spent over $200 on tickets for my family. During our three-hour session we waited in line for over two hours and was able to go down exactly ONCE.

We complained and they gave us vouchers to come back. They said they could be used this season or next season (2020-2021) but I didn't read the fine print and they were issued to expire two weeks after we got them.

I called today and explained my situation and they told me too bad and they wouldn't do anything to help us. Now I'm reading reviews such as the one from Jon Tischler and this place hasn't changed at all. They are still COMPLETELY overselling tickets and don't care at all about their customers.

I used to go here skiing and had a good experience, but absolutely DO NOT go snow-tubing here.
