Ive been here a few times, and I always enjoyed the food. With that being said, my last experience here was less than up to par. Three different cashiers began and abruptly stopped taking our order, because of some fuss behind the counter, which after we ordered we were told, by cashier number 1, that there was "a huge cockaroach" behind the counter. I saw it, and it was indeed huge. But don't tell your guests that. EVER. We live in nyc, we see cockaroaches walking down the sidewalk frequently enough that its not a surprise when a restaurant who has french doors which spill the dining room into the street has the occasional unwelcome bug. BUT jesus christ, do not tell your customers about it as they are waiting for their food. Three stars, because the foods actually great.... and I've never seen a roach in my mac.
