Mac and cheese is my absolute favorite food. I've been to five star restaurants, I've eaten most animals and have tried pretty much everything else. But nothing compares to the purity and nostalgia driven dish that is mac and cheese. This place capitalizes on these two things. Want mac with american cheese and cut up hot dogs? Sure, they've got it. Want mac with Goat cheese and cheddar with Broccoli and garlic? Why not, it's there. Make your dream mac and wait for it to arrive on a skillet, sizzling and glimmering.
