This place has roaches and we did not know that until we got back from the E.R.at night. We went to the e.r after 2 hr of being there because my 7 yr old daughter was in the pool and the pool floor caused a deep laceration to my daughter's foot.Blood was everywhere. We filled out an incident report. They wanted us to call a visiting doctor and wait while my daughter was bleeding. They waited hours to close the pool after my daughter was cut. It has been 3 days and we have not been able to get in contact with anyone in management. In fact, I am currently waiting on hold ( for the last 30 min) for them to tell me if Monica Perez is there or not. The last 2 days of our family vacation was a disaster because of this place
