The Boardwalk Hall, formerly the Atlantic City Convention Hall, is an event hall in Atlantic City (New Jersey), built between 1926 and 1929 according to plans by the Lockwood-Greene & Co. architects' office.

The monumental building is considered a representative example of Beaux-Arts architecture and a masterpiece of civil engineering in the early 20th century; At the time of its creation, the hall was considered the largest interior in the world without struts and pillars, with up to 40,000 seats at that time. The construction of the hall confirmed Atlantic City's popularity as an entertainment and event venue since the end of the 19th century; the city was heavily frequented as a gathering place for parties and large organizations at national and state level who are now using this new building
