The only reason I m giving this hotel a single star is because of the water park. We arrive for a family vacation book 4 rooms supposed to be adjoining, they were not. My kids, as all kids do, open everything in the hotel and discover a very alive roach in the fridge! I was extremely disgusted but whatever I m there for my family to have a good time not going to be spending much time in the room anyway so I let it go. We go to the water park that was fun for the kids they had a great time (hence the 1star) walking back to our room we discover a sign for movie night which sounds great! So we go on a search asking many staff where it is low and behold they didn t have said advertised movie playing that night so we just go back to the rooms for the cousins to shower and hang out. My 11yr old daughter then takes a shower locking the door, the door sticks and she gets stuck in the bathroom nervously screaming for help!!!! When she came out she then shows us a dead baby roach that was in the shower along with a ball of hair that was NOT hers Again it happens from then on we didn t lock the door. She also used the toilet flushed it and the toilet kept running ALL NIGHT LONG! So we send the kids to sleep with the grandparents my husband and I go to sleep (with the roach still on my mind I didn t sleep well) we wake up i get the kids they played in the room as I get our bags packed and ready my 8yr old SCREAMS!!!! So I look over and there is not 1 but 2 roaches crawling on the bed I slept on!!!! So not only did we have have 1 massive roach in our fridge but also 2 baby roaches IN THE BED I SLEPT IN!!!! This sorry excuse of a hotel is literally the bottom of the barrel I will NEVER be staying here EVER! And will never recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun place to stay! I think the motel 6 would have been cleaner than this place!
