Bed was horrible, couldn't sleep more than 1 hour...

Bed was horrible, couldn't sleep more than 1 hour before waking in pain. Housekeeping didn't come, called front desk and was told "let me call them and see if they're going to make it to you today". Finally they sent a kid up with towels, but not toiletries. Noise was horrible, no insulation and could hear everything from the hallway where the hot tubs are, every step from the room above and even people just walking by in hall.
